30-Day Guarantee

Pyjamas can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be unused and unopened. We can do so within 30 days of purchase, but we cannot process your request after that date.

If you would like to process a return, please contact us at mitashe.service@gmail.com within 30 days. Please send us an email with your order number and reason for return, and our team will assist you with approval and issuing a return label.

Return Address <br/>Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with the return address.

Restocking Fee
<br/>There is no restocking fee for returns.

Return shipping fee <br/>If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for that reason.

Refunds <br/>Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your return has been received. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or not.

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, the refund will be processed to your payment method within 3-5 business days (based on your bank or credit card company's policies).

Delayed or Unreceived Refund <br/>If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. There may be a processing delay before the refund is officially reflected in your account. If you still don't see your refund after following these steps, please contact us at mitashe.service@gmail.com.

Exchanges <br/>We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us at mitashe.service@gmail.com to initiate the process.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately so we can guide you through the return process or exchange.

返金
返品商品を受領し検査した後、返品商品を受領したことをお知らせするメールをお送りします。また、返金が承認されたか否かについても通知します。

返品商品を受領し確認後、返金の承認が得られた場合、3~5営業日以内にご使用の支払い方法に返金が処理されます(ご利用の銀行やクレジットカード会社のポリシーに基づきます)。

返金の遅延または未受領
まだ返金を受け取っていない場合、まずは銀行口座を確認してください。その後、クレジットカード会社にお問い合わせください。返金が正式に口座に反映されるまでの処理遅延があるかもしれません。これらの手順を行った後でも返金が確認できない場合は、service.mitashe@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

交換について

交換を希望する場合は、service@mitashe.com まで注文番号と交換の理由をご提供ください。また、商品は、元の包装とタグと一緒に、弊社から提供された住所に送り返してください。できるだけ早く商品を受け取るためには、既存の商品を返品し、返品が受け入れられた後に新しい商品を別途購入する方法が一番おすすめです。

誤った商品あるいは不良品を受け取った場合は、すぐにカスタマーサービスに連絡してください。返品および交換手続きについてご案内を致します。

返品・返金に関する注意事項

1. 商品は同じモデルまたは同価格帯の製品と交換できます。

2. 商品が到着時に、品質に問題がないかご確認ください。品質に問題がある場合は、カスタマーサービスに具体的な状況をお知らせいただき、写真や商品数量などの関連証拠を提供してください。

3. 出荷日を基準とし(最終出荷日)、購入者の都合(サイズが合わない、または好みでないなど)による返品は、商品の状態が新品で再販に影響しないことを条件に、30日以内に処理いたします。

4. 保証に基づく返品・交換には、発行された請求書または声明が必要で、すべての商品部品や特典が含まれていることが条件です。

How do I find my order number?

Your order number/ID can be found in your order confirmation email, if you can't find your order number please contact us.

連絡しなくて商品を送り返すことができますか?

できません。返品先がご注文の最初の発送先と異なる場合がありますので、返品前にご連絡いただかなければなりません。ご連絡なしに商品を返金する保証はございませんのでご注意ください。

How will the refund be processed?

All refunds will be made to the purchaser's original method of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

It may take several weeks for your item to be returned to us depending on the delivery service. We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving the item. Processing times may be longer during busy periods. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for reference. It may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to release funds.

Can I just exchange the top or pants from the pajama set I received?

Many of our pajamas are sold as a set, so you cannot just change the top and bottom. Some pajamas are sold separately and can be exchanged for different sizes.
