Regarding delivery
Is there a shipping charge?
Shipping is free nationwide (excluding Okinawa).
How long will it take to ship after I place an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Sunday). Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3-4 natural days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

I would like to change the shipping address after placing my order.
If you realize within 6 hours of completing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us so we can update the information. Please note that we cannot change your shipping address once your item has been shipped.
I received a different product.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you may keep the product or contact our customer service and we will promptly send you the correct product.
I received a defective item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at service.mitashe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please contact our customer service team and let us know your order number, details of the problem and photos of the item so that we can return it to you after we have verified that there is no problem.
Can I issue a receipt?
Please contact customer service via email and provide the relevant order information, and we will issue you a receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
What if I want a refund?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at service.mitashe@gmail.com and provide your order number. We will then provide you with the return instructions and return address. We can only process returns within 30 days of purchase, but we cannot process returns after that date.
All returned items will be inspected to ensure they qualify for a refund. Items that have only been tried on and worn will not be accepted for return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original shipping condition (unaltered, undamaged and with the original packaging labels and gift tags attached).
What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
You can only return or exchange a product if the product you receive is defective or if the product you received is different from the product you purchased.

Is there a fee for reordering?
There is no restocking fee for returns, however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault or mistake.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must pay the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for that reason.
