Regarding delivery

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping is free nationwide.

How long will it take to ship after I place an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

I would like to change the shipping address after placing my order.

If you realize within 6 hours of completing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us so we can update the information. Please note that we cannot change your shipping address once your item has been shipped.

I received a different product.

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you may keep the product or contact our customer service and we will promptly send you the correct product.

I received a defective item.
